The guidelines are issued to assist ESSI suppliers prior and during the receiving process.

To ensure that the company is meeting the requirements according to DOLE and DTI interim guidelines.

By developing these health and safety protocols and standards in light of the COVID19 pandemic.

To minimize the risk of infection of our employees and suppliers.

To Our Valued Partners,

 

Due the Governments impending Luzon wide restriction due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please be

advised that we will temporarily suspend receiving of merchandise at our Central Warehouse starting

March 18, 2020 onward until further notice.

Also, Expressions Head Office in Makati will be closed from March 18 to April 1, 2020.

  • Effective September 2, changing of any PO information is restricted to the shipping notification module.
  • An advisory of out of stock situation should be emailed to RMD every 2nd Monday of the month, attention to category managers.

We would like to inform all active B2B Outright Vendors to use the newest Barcode Label Format which contains the Peso sign "P" on the barcode labels, We would also like to request all Vendors to re-tag all items which doesn't contain the Peso sign "P" on it.

All dated Purchase Orders starting from 11-29-2018 onwards, Printed barcodes should be updated.
